Delivery and Returns Policy
We can only accept orders for delivery to addresses in the UK (including Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland) and the EU.
Delivery Methods and charges:
UK orders
Will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded and Signed For.
Allow 3-5 working days for delivery
EU orders
Will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For
Allow 5-10 working days
Returns Policy:
ALL PRODUCTS:
As these are single patient, customizable personal use items – they are exempt from distance selling regulations on automatic entitlement to refund when used – refund offered entirely at iMEDicare Discretion.
In ALL cases, the cost of return by a recorded method most be covered by the Customer.
Returned items must be returned by recorded post ie track and trace of delivery is possible.
Systems that are returned UNUSED within 14 working days will be refunded in full including the delivery charge.
Items that are faulty will be exchanged at iMEDicare expense within 6 months of purchase – excludes AFEX System Components which comprises perishable items.
VAT Exemption Status:
When VAT exemption status has been claimed - this requires that you sign, date and return the relevant VAT Exemption form enclosed with your device within 14 days of receipt at your expense, or the unpaid VAT element of your purchase will be billed to you.
SOMAerect / SOMACorrect Systems
90 Day Refund Policy: If you wish to return your SOMAerect system for any reason within 90 days of purchase we offer a refund, but we will not refund the delivery charge.
Systems that are returned UNUSED within 14 working days will be refunded in full including the delivery charge.
Systems must be returned by Recorded Delivery, and you must contact our Customer Service team before returning the item. Tension Rings, Lubricant and Accessories
For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of these products these items cannot be returned unless faulty.
AFEX System
AFEX Systems are not refundable when used.
Systems that are returned UNUSED within 14 working days will be refunded including the delivery charge.

AFEX System Components that are faulty will be exchanged at iMEDicare expense within 30 days of purchase – perishable components.
Viberect Pro/Ferticare Blue 2.0 System
If you wish to return your Viberect Pro/Ferticare Blue 2.0 system for any reason, please note that once opened it is non-refundable. Only sealed and unopened items can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
